【Contract Statement】

1. You confirm that before signing this agreement, you have fully read, understood and accepted the entire content of this agreement (including but not limited to all statements and terms of this agreement, and you should pay attention to the bolded parts), once you confirm that you agree to this agreement, or If you have actually accepted the rights (or perform the obligations) under this agreement, it means that you understand and unconditionally follow all the stipulations of this agreement.

 

2. The content of this agreement includes the signing statement, definition, agreement text, attachments, rules mentioned in the text and all kinds of rules that the voices100 dubbing service platform has released or may release in the future. All these rules shall be regarded as an integral part of this Agreement and shall have the same legal effect as this Agreement. The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to the voices100 dubbing service platform.

 

3. You agree that the voices100 dubbing service platform can unilaterally supplement and/or change the content of this agreement according to operational needs, and announce it on the website; service, it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted the revised agreement, and will unconditionally follow the revised agreement to use the service; if you do not agree with the revised agreement, you should stop using the service and dub the service to The platform submits an application to terminate the agreement.

Party A: registered users of voices100 dubbing platform

 

Party B: voices100 dubbing platform, operated by Shenzhen Huxuan Media Co., Ltd.

 

Under the principle of mutual benefit, equality and voluntariness, Party A and Party B have reached cooperation and signed the following agreement on Party A's use of Party B's "voices100 dubbing platform" (website: http://voices100.com/) related services.

 

Article 1 Cooperation content

 

1. Party B, as a leading multilingual live dubbing service provider in China, "voices100 dubbing platform" (hereinafter referred to as "voices100 dubbing platform" or "platform") is its self-developed live dubbing service platform, which can be used for film and television companies, translation companies, Game companies, audiobook and audiobook production companies, digital publishing houses, children's online education institutions and other types of enterprises provide online multilingual live dubbing services, as well as dubbing project management, dubbing permanent preservation and management and other services, while providing high-quality services. Original music sound production services, video production, subtitles and other value-added services.

 

2. Party B authorizes Party A to use the voices100 dubbing platform, and Party A can obtain live dubbing services or other related services on the platform:

 

(1) Provide online live dubbing services, dubbing order management and other technical modules for the business management personnel of Party A;

(2) Provide online one-to-one live customer service online question and answer service for Party A's company management;

(3) Provide permanent preservation service and after-sale guarantee service within 3 working days for all finished recordings of Party A.

 

Article 2 Cooperation Fees

 

Dubbing service fee: The platform provides online dubbing services for professional voice actors. In principle, billing is based on the number of words/words. The dubbing price of different voice actors is different. For details, please refer to the dubbing page of each voice actor.

 

The dubbing service based on real people is a customized service, so the price of dubbing will also be affected by factors such as the difficulty of dubbing, the scope of use, and the duration of use. The final quotation given after multi-dimensional evaluation shall prevail.

 

Article 3 Fee settlement and payment methods

 

1. Party A pays online. That is, after Party A specifies the dubbing actor and the dubbing manuscript, it pays the fee online, and the platform arranges the production and delivery of the finished sound recording after receiving the fee.

 

2. Both Party A and Party B shall settle the bill once a month. It is required that both parties A and B sign a monthly contract. It is agreed that both parties should check all the expenses incurred by Party A on the platform from the 1st of the previous month to the last day of the previous month before the 10th of each month. Pay the monthly dubbing service fee to Party B.

Article 4 Rights and obligations

 

1. Party A shall abide by the rules, announcements, etc. updated in real time by the voices100 dubbing platform:

 

(1) If Party A does not accept the latest rules and announcements published by the voices100 dubbing platform, Party A shall immediately stop using the services on the platform, provided that the two parties have no outstanding project cooperation matters and no receivables or receivables, Party A may apply to Party B to terminate this agreement.

 

(2) If Party A continues to use the services on the platform after the voices100 dubbing platform publishes the latest rules and announcements, it shall be deemed to have accepted the latest rules and announcements of the platform, and Party A shall not use the grounds of disagreeing with the rules, announcements, etc. refuse to perform corresponding obligations.

 

2. Party B shall be responsible for guaranteeing the quality of the dubbing service provided to Party A through the platform.

 

Article 5 Confidentiality clause

 

1. Both Party A and Party B shall undertake the obligation of confidentiality regarding the content of this Agreement and all relevant information of the other party (including but not limited to: manuscript content, data sources, order information and other relevant business information) learned during the signing and implementation of this Agreement. This Privacy Policy shall survive termination of this Agreement for any reason.

 

2. If one party violates the confidentiality obligation, the other party has the right to pursue its legal responsibility according to law.

 

Article 6 Liability for breach of contract

 

1. The content of documents or materials published or uploaded by Party A on the platform shall not violate national laws and damage the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, otherwise Party B has the right to terminate this agreement, the money received will not be refunded, and the right to request Party A to immediately Pay all dues. If Party A's above-mentioned actions cause losses to Party B, Party A shall also bear all responsibilities for compensation.

 

2. If Party A fails to pay the relevant fees as agreed in this agreement, Party B has the right to immediately stop Party A's right to use the platform and require Party A to pay all payables within the time limit. If Party A overdue payment for more than 30 days, Party B has the right to cancel this agreement and request Party A to compensate all the losses caused to Party B.

 

Article 7 Supplementary Provisions

 

1. This agreement will take effect when Party A completes the registration of the voices100 dubbing platform, and the agreement is valid for one year. One month before the expiration of this agreement, if there is no written notice of termination by both parties, this agreement will be automatically extended for one year.

 

2. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the court where Party B is located.

 

3. The rules and announcements updated in real time by the voices100 dubbing platform are supplements to this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement. If the rules and announcements updated in real time by the voices100 dubbing platform are inconsistent with the content of this agreement, the rules and announcements updated in real time by the voices100 dubbing platform shall prevail.

 

4. Copyright statement: The audio and video content of this site are shared by various voice actors and are only used for online playback and audition. 5. The right to interpret this agreement belongs to the voices100 dubbing platform.
